The Blackcomb Lodge opened its door to guests in 1982 making it the first hotel located in the Whistler Village. Influenced in design by the alpine villages of the Alps the lodge has maintained that aesthetic through extensive renovations in 2004 and recent additions of new beds, furniture and flat screen high definition TVs.
