Our various condominium sizes and ratings grant guests a wide range of bedding options and price points. Our individually owned and decorated condominiums all provide unique mountain condo themes. Our three Crestwood Rating Categories provide three different grades of décor, furnishings and prices to guests. Our annual unit improvement and evaluation programs keep our condominiums clean comfortable and updated.

Our numerous lodging options are able to accommodate a wide range of group sizes and budgets all at one centrally located Snowmass vacation resort.

All of The Crestwood condominiums are individually owned and decorated and provide clean accommodations each with their own personal touch. Each unit has a gas fireplace in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining seating, cable TV and high speed wireless internet. You will enjoy a private balcony with a gas BBQ grill and outdoor seating furniture. All of our condos also provide you with a bathroom for every bedroom. Here is a brief description of each unit size we have available at The Crestwood to give you a better idea of which type of accommodation will best fit the specific needs of your group.

 

1-Bedroom / 1-Bath (672 Sq. Ft.) Our 1 Bedroom/1 Bath condos are recommended for a single, couple or a family of three. Pricing is based on 2 guests and the maximum occupancy is limited to 4 people.

1-Bedroom Loft / 2-Bath (928 Sq. Ft.) The 1 Bedroom + Loft/2 bath condos have the same main floor plan as the 1-Bedroom, with the addition of a spacious sleeping loft (256 Sq. Ft.) containing two or three beds. There is a bath adjoining the bedroom and a 3/4 private bath in the loft. Many of these condos are located on top floors and provide 20’ floor to ceiling windows. Pricing is based on 4 guests and the maximum occupancy is limited to 6 people.

2-Bedroom / 2-Bath (1,008 Sq. Ft.) The 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condos will accommodate two couples, a family of three to five, or two to four singles. There will be a King or Queen bed in the 1^st bedroom and various bedding in the 2^nd bedroom. Pricing is based on 4 guests and the maximum occupancy is limited to 6 people.

2 Bedroom Grand / 3-Bath (1,264 Sq. Ft.) The 2 Bedroom Grand/3 Bath condos are all on one floor and provide guests with two bedrooms and an additionally large living space. This bonus space provides an additional sleeping area, but the space is not closed off from the rest of the condo. This unit is ideal for three to five singles, or a family of four to six. Pricing is based on 6 guests and the maximum occupancy is limited to 8 people.

2-Bedroom Loft Grand / 3-Bath (Approx. 1,300 Sq. Ft.) The 2 Bedroom Loft Grand/3 Bath condos have two bedrooms on the main level with a third sleeping area and bathroom in the upstairs loft. In addition, the dining or loft area is larger than other condos on property. This unit is ideal for three to five singles, or a family of four to six. Pricing is based on 6 guests with the maximum occupancy limited to 8 people.

3-Bedroom / 3-Bath (Approx. 1,300 Sq Ft.) The 3 Bedroom/3 Bath condos have three separate bedrooms and three bathrooms. There will typically be a King or Queen in the first two bedrooms with the bedding in the 3^rd bedroom varying. They are recommended for three singles, three couples, or a family of four to six. Pricing is based on 6 guests and the maximum occupancy is limited to 8 people.

3-Bedroom Loft / 3- or 4-Bath (1,544 Sq. Ft.) The 3 Bedroom Loft/3-4 Bath condos are three story townhome style condominiums with three separate bedrooms and an additional loft sleeping area overlooking the living room. These condos provide a large living room/dining room area and 20’ floor to ceiling windows.  These condos are ideal for a large family, four to six singles, three couples or two small families. Pricing is based on 8 people and the maximum occupancy is limited to 10 people.

4-Bedroom/4-Bath (Approx. 2,000 Sq. Ft.) These condos have 4 separate bedrooms and bathrooms with varied bedding arrangements. They have a larger living room and dining room area to accommodate a larger number of guests. This is one of the largest condominiums we offer and is ideal for a large family, four to six singles, four couples or two small families. Pricing is based on 8 people and the maximum occupancy is limited to 10 people.

4-Bedroom Plus/5-Bath (Approx. 2,020 Sq. Ft.) These condos have 4 separate bedrooms and bathrooms with varied bedding arrangements plus an additional den sleeping space and 5th bathroom. They have a larger living room and dining room area to accommodate a larger number of guests. This is  the largest condominium we offer and is ideal for a large family, four to six singles, four couples or two small families. Pricing is based on 8 people and the maximum occupancy is limited to 10 people.
