Premier Units are individually owned and decorated. These units cater to guests who expect fine lodging accommodations. The Premier units signify properties with exceptional accommodations. All furnishings and accessories throughout the units are of the highest quality, provide superior comfort, and show minimal to no signs of wear. The kitchens are equipped with top quality appliances, top-rated stone and finishes that are superb in appearance. Premier bathrooms are exceptional in their finishes and superior in appearance. Bedroom mattresses and box springs are of superior quality, condition and support. Flat screen televisions are located throughout the unit. Units typically have access to pool or hot-tub and/or common areas.

A stay at the Aspen Ridge Condominiums gives guests the best of both worlds with a convenient location within walking distance of the Keystone Conference Center, yet sheltered and secluded on Tenderfoot Mountain Ridge. These luxurious mountain accommodations are also convenient to the shuttle route, making it easy to access nearby ski lifts and a myriad of Colorado outdoor activities and adventures – from hiking to rafting, biking, fishing and more.

With three different complexes – Tennis Townhouses, Quicksilver and Saint Johns – guests can choose comfortable lodging options ranging in size from 600 to 1,700 square feet to accommodate between two and eight guests. Opt for a cozy studio with a pull-out sofa or Murphy bed, a full bathroom and a small kitchen, or choose a one-, two-, or three-bedroom unit that includes at least one bed in every room, a living room with a pull-out sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and at least one full bathroom. For even more space, lodging options that include open lofts with additional beds and bathroomsare also available.

Other amenities include access to a heated pool, on-site hot tub and laundry facilities, along with ski storage and complimentary shuttle service.

Attributes that you are likely to see in a Premier unit may include mountain-inspired furnishings, flat screen TVs, updated kitchen with solid surface counter tops, upgraded floor coverings, accent walls and custom paint finishes, high end lighting and plumbing fixtures, or perhaps a full gourmet kitchen. Our Standard Units are individually owned and decorated; each offers good quality furniture and design. A standard unit is fully furnished and typically has access to pool or hot-tub and/or common areas. Overall, the unit is comfortable and attractive but does not typically exhibit the decorative enhancements of a Premier unit.
