Gryphon Golf  & Ski Tours offer the very best in luxury travel, where clients can look forward to the following;

  • We utilize Luxury Mercedes Coaches or similar, with seating up to sixteen passengers in comfort, and are presented to the highest of standards.
  • All the vehicles have either leather interior or upholstery , luxury Pullman Seats, tinted windows and air conditioning.
  • MPV’s seating up to 7 passengers. All have either leather or upholstery interiors and air conditioning.
  • Most importantly – a friendly, helpful and experienced Driver / Guide who will be happy to assist you with your day to day arrangements.
Drivers

Drivers are highly experienced in the management of people from all corners of the globe. They each have an intimate knowledge of local customs, procedural matters relating to golf and related services in the various location and understand our general company philosophy of going that extra mile to ensure positive outcomes every time. Most of all…..they make it fun. Many of our customers are repeat and referral clients. We can also arrange larger touring coaches which can hold up to 29 to 39 Ski bags and boots.

Our Service  

Our service is second to none where we aim to both meet customer expectations and substantially exceed them. Our drivers are courteous and friendly without compromise. In all respects our services extend beyond driving to ensure the successful management of all aspects of your time in our care and includes;

  • Baggage handling
  • Assistance at all check-ins (accommodation, etc)
  • Phoning ahead to confirm all reservations with expected times of arrival
  • Planning travel to ensure adequate rest and meals stops
  • Restaurant reservations as required
  • Personal assistance as require
Rental transportation – Self Drive

If you choose to drive yourself, we will help you select the most comfortable car for the number of people in your party ( 2 – 4 – 6 – 8 ), taking into full consideration the fact that you will not only have luggage, but ski bags / ski boots as well

Although cars with automatic transmission are not as available in Europe as they are in the Canada  / U.S.A., the rental car companies we work with have a ready supply.

Gryphon Golf & Ski Tour suppliers and partners offer a broad selection of different types vehicles. The typical rental for a group of 4 Skiers is a Renault Espace Mini-Van (Automatic transmission ) or the Vauxhall Zafira.( Manuel transmission ) which can comfortably accommodate 4 sets of skis / boots and  substantial luggage. For groups of 2 or less there are numerous mid size or compact cars both automatic and manual.

Insurance Requirements:

  • Overseas visitors must produce a valid Domestic License and/or International Driving Permit and valid passport.
  • License/Permit must be for the current period of the rental and have been held for a minimum of 12 months.
  • Drivers must be 25 years or over
Air Travel

As a service to our clients, Gryphon Golf & Ski Tours will be pleased to assist in obtaining an airfare quotation for the trip. Should this service be utilized, the company acts only as an intermediary on the client’s behalf, the transaction being between the client and the third party, including payment of the airfare and any associated costs.

Bus &  Coach

Gryphon Golf & Ski Tours offers bus services from the various airports to your ski destinations, we work with highly reliable bus companies which provide professional service to all the major ski destinations in Canada / United States and Europe.
